This site is operated by Ben Ahrens through Limitless Concepts, LLC. This policy explains what information benahrens.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What is collected

When you join the email list or take the quiz. Your email address, the name you give, and the source that brought you in. If you complete the Aliveness Quiz, your answers and the resulting score and Archetype are stored alongside your email so the follow-up you receive matches your result.

When you simply visit. Aggregate traffic data through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track you across other sites. It records page views and referrers, not individuals.

Nothing else is collected. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

Why it is collected

To send you the newsletter and the material you asked for, to tailor quiz follow-ups to your result, and to understand which pages are useful. That is the whole list.

Who it is shared with

Your email address and quiz data are stored with Kit (formerly ConvertKit), the email platform that runs the list. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both are service providers acting on instruction.

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Google account data

If you sign in with Google or connect a Google account to a tool on this site, the tool reads only the data needed for the feature you asked for, uses it only to provide that feature, and never uses it for advertising or sells it. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account's security settings.

How long it is kept

Until you ask for it to be removed, or until the list is retired. Unsubscribing stops the email. Ask for deletion and the record goes too.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, those rights are yours under the GDPR, along with the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. No personal information is sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. If you arrive through one of Ben’s own tagged links (for example a link in a podcast’s show notes), the site keeps a small first-party cookie for up to 90 days that records which channel brought you, such as “podcast”, so he can see which podcasts, emails and posts are working. It records the channel, never your identity, and it is read only by this site.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 16 and does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced to the email list.
