Everything on this site, including the newsletter, the quiz, the practices and any linked material, is for general information and education. It is not medical advice, psychological treatment, or a diagnosis, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional.

Using this site creates no clinician and patient relationship, and no therapeutic relationship of any kind.

The quiz is a self-reflection tool. It produces a description, not a diagnosis.

Results are not promised

Accounts of recovery and change on this site are individual experiences. Nervous systems differ, circumstances differ, and nothing here guarantees any particular outcome for you.

Testimonials and stories reflect the experience of the people who gave them. They were not paid for them unless stated, and their results are theirs, not a prediction of yours.

The writing, images, quiz, audio and video on this site belong to Ben Ahrens unless stated otherwise.

You are welcome to read it, use it in your own life, and share links to it. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine and encouraged.
